Google Sheets add-on
Enrich your contacts directly from Google Sheets with the Dropcontact add-on.
What is the Google Sheets add-on?
The Dropcontact add-on lets you enrich the contacts of a Google Sheets file without writing any code. It reads the rows of your sheet, sends them to Dropcontact, and writes the results back into your file.
It finds or verifies:
- Professional email addresses
- Phone numbers
- LinkedIn profiles
- Company details (website, SIREN/SIRET, address, headcount…)
The add-on detects your columns automatically (first name, last name, company, email, LinkedIn…). You choose where the results go: in the existing columns, in new columns, or in a new sheet. It can enrich up to 10,000 rows at a time, and uses the credits of your Dropcontact account, as described in the Credits Policy.
Install the add-on
- Open the Dropcontact page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click Install.
- In a Google Sheets file, go to Extensions > Dropcontact > Open Sidebar.
Connect to your Dropcontact account
You need a Dropcontact account. If you don't have one yet, create one for free.
In the sidebar, open Authentication and choose one of the two methods.
With your Google account (recommended)
Use this method if you sign in to Dropcontact with the same Google account as the one you use in Google Sheets.
- Select the Google Account tab.
- Click Check my account.
- The add-on finds your Dropcontact account and shows Account found!
If you see No Dropcontact account linked to this Google account., your Google account is not linked to a Dropcontact account. Create an account with this Google account, or use the API key method below.
With your API key
Use this method if your Dropcontact account uses another email address.
- Copy your API key from the Dropcontact app.
- In the sidebar, select the API Token tab.
- Paste your API key and click Save & test token.
- The add-on shows Token saved and validated.
Once connected, click Start enriching data.
